Meet Nathen
Nathen Dlayedwa is a dynamic, executive chef with over 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry.
Nathen served as the Executive Chef at Sanderson Hotel in London, where he spearheaded menu development and led a team that elevated the hotel’s dining experience, notably introducing a series of signature dishes that fused local ingredients with international cuisine.
Most recently, Nathen honed his culinary expertise across multiple high-profile positions, including as the Executive Chef at Mostly Restaurant in Bali, where he led menu innovation in a Japanese Asian fusion cuisine setting.
Nathen also taught as a Guest Chef at Green School and New Earth Cooking School, both located in Ubud, Indonesia.
